CASE

Privacy

Last updated 7 August 2026. CASE is in closed testing and serves a single invited household.

The short version

CASE watches a home, its mail and its calendar so that it can bring the people who live there the few things that are genuinely theirs to decide. Everything it holds is in service of that. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared with advertisers, and nothing is used to train a model that leaves the household.

What CASE collects

CASE asks for each of these separately, at the moment it needs one, and it keeps working without any of them. Refusing a connection removes an ability, never access.

Where it lives

In Google Cloud, in the United States, in a Postgres database that is reachable only by the CASE server itself. Access is scoped in the database rather than in the application: a household never sees another household's rows, and a member never sees a space they are not in, because the database refuses rather than because the code remembered to filter.

Who else sees it

Google, as the provider of the cloud CASE runs on and the services you connect. Nobody else. CASE has no advertising, no analytics broker and no data partner, and it does not sell or rent anything it holds.

Models

CASE uses Google's models to read what it has been given and to write what it says. Content is sent to them to answer the thing in front of it, and it is not used to train a general model. What a model says is never itself treated as proof that something happened — CASE records an action only from the result of performing it.

Ending it

Disconnect any source at any time and CASE stops receiving from it. Ask for your household to be deleted and it is deleted, along with everything in it, and it is not recoverable afterwards. Write to hi@etothex.ai.

Children

CASE is not directed at children and does not knowingly hold an account for anyone under 13. A household member may appear in a space by name without holding an account of their own.
